They have some lovely staff testimonials on their website!As a result of their continued success and growth, the CEO and Operations Director have realised they need some additional support in the form of an Executive Assistant in Peterborough....and that's where we come in.Your new roleYour job will be to support the Director of Operations, working very closely with them, as well as being EA to the CEO. This includes all the usual tasks you would expect....

  • General admin assistance - email correspondence, drafting letters, internal communications etc
  • Complex diary management
  • Travel arrangements
  • Expense submissions on behalf of the SLT
  • Production of executive reports & presentations
  • Project tracking and reporting
  • Organising and minuting board meetings
  • Organising team events
  • Some personal work/support

You'll travel with the Operations Director to the London head office for meetings approximately once a week (they will drive, or you can drive or take the train and the company will pay for your expenses).There may be the occasional need to provide exec support outside traditional office hours, but not regularly or for extended periods, but as an experienced EA, you'll already know that this is to be expected.What you'll need to succeedWe're only able to consider applications from experienced EA/PA jobseekers, used to providing 1 to 1 support to C Suite executives.You'll be used to handling sensitive commercial information as well as personal data and will be comfortable doing so with discretion and professionalism.
