Senior Administrator Office based £28-30k per annum Full Time Do you have strong administrative experience, exceptional organisational skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills? If so, this may be a great opportunity for you to join a friendly and welcoming business in Peterborough. This role offers office based working hours 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. There is free parking onsite and you will be offered a range of benefits that include 25 days holiday, rising to 28 after three years of service and company discounts. To be considered for this role you will have proven experience in a senior administrative role and will be confident using Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, TEAMs, Outlook & Adobe. The successful candidate will be resourceful and have the ability to work as part of a team and independently.Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a comprehensive and confidential support service to the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Collating and compiling Board Reports
  • Arranging meetings and occasional travel/accommodation as required.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for Head Office facilities.
  • Responsibility for Health & Safety.
  • Supporting the HR and Finance team, as required.
  • Any other ad hoc administrative duties.
