We are looking for motivated and hands-on Manufacturing Production Operatives to join our team . This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Location: Barnwell, Northamptonshire, PE8 5PDHours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 15:30 (overtime opportunities available)Salary : £12.38 (overtime opportunities available) Salary will increase to £14.62 when made permanent (can be as soon as after 12 weeks). We pride ourselves on leading for new, innovative and sustainable products and solutions, both for today and for a new era of building.Key Responsibilities:Take full ownership of your role within the production process.Clean machinery and plant equipment - be prepared for a hands-on, physically demanding job in a dirty environment.Perform manual tasks such as moving products, inspecting bricks for quality, and removing defective items from the line.Set up machinery for production - basic IT literacy required.Learn quickly - we don't require prior experience but expect an eagerness to listen and adapt in this niche role.Manage and prioritize your own workload effectively.Perform routine maintenance tasks, including greasing and oiling of machinery.Follow all health & safety, quality, and environmental standards.Contribute to process improvement and continuous development initiatives.Provide support to the production team as needed.Maintain high standards of housekeeping and environmental management, in line with the 5S methodology.Assist in the creation and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs) and Risk Assessments.What we offer:Starting salary of £12.38/hour, with opportunities for skill-based pay progression.Potential to earn £14.62/hour in a permanent position after 12 weeks or sooner based on performance.Opportunities for overtime.A supportive work environment where learning and development are encouraged.If you're ready for a physically active role, with opportunities for growth and skill development, we'd love to hear from you!To apply, please send your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and interest in the role or +
