Sonic Summary

Triangle Recruitment is seeking to expand the workforce at Supreme Concrete due to increased workload, offering a permanent full-time role.
The starting salary is £12.38 per hour, with overtime pay at £18.54 per hour, and the salary will rise to £14.06 after successful completion of a training program.
Candidates will receive full training through a 12-week onboarding program, and shifts are scheduled from Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 16:30.
Overtime opportunities are available at premium rates, including double time on weekends and a quarterly bonus scheme of up to 5% of basic salary.
A minimum of 12 weeks of continuous service is required for retention bonuses of £100 and £200, and candidates should note that there is no public transport available to the site.

Triangle Recruitment, working in partnership with Supreme Concrete, (Part of Ibstock PLC), are looking to expand its current workforce due to an increase in work load to ensure the factory unit is run effectively and efficiently.

Starting salary is £12.38 p/h overtime £18.54 p/h (rising to £14.06 after successful completion of Training Programme)

Full Training given with a 12 weeks On-boarding Programme

The shifts are Monday to Friday- 07:00 - 16:30.

Overtime is available at Premium Rates (Weekends at Double Time) and a Quarterly Bonus Scheme, up to 5% of Basic Salary, is included!

Duties Include :-

Pre-Assembly of Steel Rebar.

Removing and Stacking of Finished Concrete Products

Machine Operating

Working as Part of a Team

Quality Checks

Completing production Paperwork

Also on offer is £100 Retention Bonus after 4 Weeks Continuous Service and a further £200 Retention Bonus after 12 Weeks Continuous Service (Subject to Satisfactory Attendance Levels)
