Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing high-quality advisory and compliance services.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and management accounts.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify opportunities for business development and departmental growth.
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent (or qualified by experience).
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong leadership and client management skills.
- Excellent technical knowledge of accounting and compliance standards.
- Ambitious and proactive in identifying and implementing improvements.
