The ONE Group are delighted to be partnering with a small but thriving business based in Peterborough, who have some exciting growth plans for the coming years, which you could help lead and develop. They are on the lookout for an experienced Finance Manager to join them in a varied and engaging role, looking after the entire accounts for the business.Reporting into the Company Directors and managing the full accounting function, your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and developing company accounting and control processes.
- Quarterly VAT returns
- Producing the management account packs
- Reconciliation of the bank & statements.
- Allocating payments & supplier payments
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Preparing and presenting financial data
To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally be an experienced accountant with a background of working within a SME (ideally one which has encountered growth during your tenure).You will need to be at least part qualified to be considered for the role and ideally have experience with Xero.The salary for the role is paying up to £45,000 per annum and will be required to be in the office 5 days a week.
