We are excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and adaptable Finance Manager to join the dynamic team at a prestigious client’s Finance department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a varied environment, taking ownership of key deliverables and providing significant contributions to financial processes.

Day-to-day of the role:

Direct involvement in and oversight of the month-end process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of management reporting outputs.
Significant involvement in the annual budget and quarterly forecast process.
Management and development of two direct reports.
Overseeing testing of system changes/upgrades as required and championing process and system efficiencies.
Providing commercial/data insight as required to support decision-making processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

ACCA Finalist or Qualified accountant – CIMA/ICAEW/ACCA with 3-5 years post-qualification experience.
Effective communicator with financial and non-financial colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
Demonstrable line management and team development skills.
Strong drive to promote a first-time right ethos and seek continuous improvement.
Excellent numerical and Excel skills.
A curious mindset with a strong analytical approach.
