Senior Finance Manager - ReportingPeterboroughHybrid Working Delighted to be the exclusive recruitment partner on this Senor Finance Manager - reporting position, with one of Peterborough's most progressive businesses. The business strikes the balance between working hard and having fun in the process and has many long standing employees. With the help of your team, you will be working with a range of finance and operational stakeholders to report on performance of a sizeable revenue stream, whilst maintaining strong controls and reconciliations. Key duties include: 
  • Understand and ensure accuracy of weekly and month end reporting.
  • Review and manage risk on the balance sheet reconciliations for all relevant accounts
  • Be an active and integral participant in an company-wide revenue projects
  • Regular communication with the relevant Finance Directors and Heads of Finance, and non finance stakeholders.
  • Managing continuous improvement across the team and look for improvement, simplification and efficiencies
  • Develop a small team of qualifieds and studiers and provide support and encouragement where necessary
  • Use your technical accounting background in order to manage the revenue recognition process effectively
  • Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are prepared and key areas of risk are being identified and actively followed up
  • Adhoc projects for stakeholders
