Site Finance Lead - manufacturingPeterborough areaSite based initially with a 4/1 achievable in time Broster Buchanan are pleased to be the exclusive recruitment partner to a leading manufacturing business as they look to hire a Site Finance Lead. Reporting into the Site General Manager and sat on a cross functional leadership team, you willtake the lead on all operational finance reporting and continuous improvement projects. Key duties include: - Track manufacturing costs and analyse variance against standards - Monitor the financial KPI's and adapt as necessary - Support on strategic investment and fixed asset management - Provide financial insight in factory performance (yield, efficiency, overhead)    - Prepare and analyse budget and rolling forecasts - Management and development of a small finance team - Supervise weekly and monthly reporting and advise on corrective measures - Support other departments in analysing their cost performance - Advise on continuous improvement - implement and advise on internal controls Suitable applicants must have a finance background gained in manufacturing (FMCG/ Food/ Horticulture preferred)  and have a genuine interest in business partnering the shop floor. CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent level qualification preferred, with consideration given to stop studiers.Competitive salary and benefits on offer. Please reach out to matthewshirley@brosterbuchanan in confidence for full details.
