My client a growing brand in the area, is looking for an ambitious and resilient Trainee Broker to join their existing sales team. In this heavily sales-oriented role, you will be responsible for outbound calling, handling objections, and closing sales. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are driven to succeed and eager to maximise their earning potential through an uncapped commission scheme.

You Will Be:

  • Outbound Sales Calls: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our services and generating interest.
  • Objection Handling: Effectively handle objections and concerns from prospects, turning challenges into opportunities.
  • Closing Sales: Utilise persuasive communication skills to close sales and meet or exceed individual and team targets.
  • Lead Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information, follow-up activities, and sales progress.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior brokers and team members to share insights and strategies for success.

You Will Have:

  • Previous outbound calling or sales experience preferred.
