Commercial Contracts Lawyer Opportunity - Hybrid in Cambridgeshire - Initially Remote. This position will involve delivering a high-quality service with non-contentious commercial, contract and procurement matters. Commercial Lawyer Duties:

  • Managing a case-load of contractual matters including contracts.
  • Funding agreements such as framework,consultancy, service,sharing and grant funding.
  • Drafting, negotiating and amending terms.
  • Extending contracts and evaluating changes.
  • Assisting with transactions and providing advice.
  • Experience with transport law and assisting with climate change practices.
  • Assisting the data protection officer.

Ideally experience of local authority, transport and GDPR.
