This is an exciting opportunity to work within a forward-thinking, recovery-focused NHS team supporting individuals at a critical stage of their mental health journey. The service supports individuals aged 14–65 who are experiencing first-episode psychosis or symptoms indicating early psychotic experiences. • Triage & Assessment: Act as the initial point of clinical contact for new referrals. Conduct timely and thorough assessments to determine urgency, risk, and appropriate care pathways.

  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records and contribute to care planning, CPA meetings, and risk assessments in accordance with NHS Trust policies.
The Current Service & Team Context: The EIP team is currently supported by an agency nurse who works four days per week and has been pivotal in managing urgent triage, supporting new assessments, and maintaining a steady caseload.
