About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
*Supervise and support Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students during the absence of their regular teacher.
*Deliver pre-set lesson plans, ensuring a calm and productive learning environment.
*Manage classroom behavior, maintaining high standards of discipline and focus.
*Provide assistance to students as needed and ensure safeguarding policies are followed.
This role offers flexibility, allowing you to choose when and where you work while gaining valuable experience in a classroom setting.
About You
We are looking for individuals who:
*Have excellent communication and classroom management skills.
*Are confident and enthusiastic about working with secondary-aged students.
*Have prior experience working with young people (e.g., in education, coaching, or youth work - desirable but not essential).
*Are adaptable and quick to build rapport with students and staff.
*Are committed to creating a positive and safe learning environment.
