Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit accurate quotes and cost reports using Excel and relevant software.
  • Manage leads from generation to conversion and build strong client relationships.
  • Use your network to seek new business opportunities and secure contracts.
  • Oversee roofing projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Recruit and supervise your team of roofers and labourers.
  • Implement and manage Health & Safety policies, including conducting risk assessments and inductions.
  • Conduct regular Health & Safety audits and maintain compliance with regulations.

The Person

  • Minimum of 10 years in the industry with knowledge of all types of roofing with qualifications, NVQ in roofing.
  • Strong business development skills and established network in construction/roofing.
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with accounting software.
  • Excellent organisational, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of cash flow and pricing to maintain project profitability.
  • CSCS card and a valid driving licence required.
  • Resides in Cambridgeshire or nearby areas.
