Brook Street are proud to be partnered with a well-known local brand looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join their ever-growing team at their Head Office in Peterborough.

Working as a Fleet Coordinator, it is all about organisation, problem solving, decision making, as well as providing support and guidance to the other teams and management within the business.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am till 5pm (Full-time, Permanent)

Salary: up to 25,000

Start date ASAP

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries.
  • Management of workload for engineers to ensure work is carried out in a timely manner.
  • Presenting estimates/photos for chargeable work to ensure minimum downtime.
  • Ordering of parts either through the engineering team or directly from the manufacturers.
  • Creating return notes for items that need to be returned to the manufacturer/supplier
  • Auditing estimates/work to ensure our standard times are followed with engineers/suppliers.
  • Managing the downtime of equipment when VOR for damage related repairs for all equipment.
  • Any other duties which may be required by your line manager.
