Due to client demand an Inside Sales Executive role has now become available to manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts. The successful candidate will have proven sales background and must be a natural salesperson with a consultative approach. You must thrive on achieving annual targets and take a "blue sky thinking" approach when trying to develop existing business.

What's involved…

  • Build and develop client relationships
  • Call existing & new clients to upsell service plans
  • Create new business pipelines
  • Identifying, prospect and secure business from database
  • Act as account manager for portfolio of clients
  • Update and maintain CRM system
  • Ensure that a high level of service is delivered, and contract
  • Maintain contract renewals to ensure client retention

What you'll need…

  • Strong account management experience
  • Experience of developing client accounts
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Confident use interpreting data with a good understanding of Excel
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to prioritise workloads
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Problem solver
