Due to continued growth and ongoing expansion, our client is looking to onboard a number of Line Leaders to their site based local to Peterborough.
Shifts Available
* Double Days - Monday to Friday (6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm)
* Night Shifts - Monday to Friday (10pm - 6am)
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate the teams on shift
* Ensure manufacturing practices are in line with company standards
* Ensure health and safety is maintained at a high level on shift
* Ensure all paperwork and systems are completed in a timely manner
* Oversee production lines to ensure they meet plans
