We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join a newly formed voids team for a local housing association in Peterborough.

Responsibilities:

• Completing a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks within empty homes such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, bricklaying and decorating (as applicable) to a high standard and in line with company standards and specification whilst delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Using an electronic personal digital assistant device to receive and record work
• Maintaining appropriate van stock and ensuring orders are placed with suppliers and comply with the group specifications

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
