Join our successful and motivated team as an Operations Coordinator. This role is ideal for a well-organised individual with excellent planning skills, looking to contribute to a stable and growing business. You will be based in our Peterborough offices, providing efficient scheduling and planning to ensure seamless service delivery to our customers.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Effectively schedule engineers for reactive and servicing jobs across customer contracts using outlined booking processes and a job management system.
  • Ensure that jobs allocated to engineers are completed and the scheduling process is properly closed out.
  • Escalate any scheduling issues or concerns to the Team Leader, who will address them with the engineer or in liaison with the Contract Manager and/or customer.
  • Support the contract with administrative tasks as required, such as billing, producing WIP reports, and maintaining the job management system to ensure all records are accurate and status updates are progressed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Solid understanding of planning systems, with a focus on geographical locations to schedule engineers efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for daily interactions with servicing engineers.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task while maintaining a high attention to detail.
