This very important team has been growing quite quickly by winning new clients on a regular basis and as a result, that means that people are moving around in the team, so that is why we've been asked to recruit for this position.Your new roleYour job will be to take calls from domestic and commercial tenants and then log their repair request and engage with suppliers to schedule the repair. You'll also have responsibility for scheduling proactive works such as boiler servicing etc. You'll work with a supplier list of cleared contractors and tradespeople as well as lots of internal liaison (client management, finance etc) and, of course, keep the client informed of any unusual or exceptional requests that need their sign off.What you'll need to succeedAs this is quite a specialised role and we would like someone to be up and running in the job quite quickly, our client is looking to hire someone who has worked on a property helpdesk before.Given that experience, you'll have fantastic communication skills (written and over the phone) and you'll be able to work quickly and efficiently, as this can be a very busy role.
