- Provide expert support for hard-to-fill roles.

- Experience in recruitment/resourcing (education sector preferred) ideally within a Multi Academy Trust or similar educational environment.
- Capable of independently organizing work for maximum efficiency and eager to utilise the right resources, tools, and methods to ensure smooth project execution.
- Experienced in using IT systems to analyse data and guide managers
- Familiarity with diversity and inclusion, as well as talent management in a school setting, is desirable (open to HR, teaching, and support staff).
- Experience with iTrent is preferred.
