Provide expert support for hard-to-fill roles.
Develop and deliver recruitment workshops.

What You’ll Bring:

Experience in recruitment/resourcing (education sector preferred) ideally within a Multi Academy Trust or similar educational environment.
Capable of independently organizing work for maximum efficiency and eager to utilise the right resources, tools, and methods to ensure smooth project execution.
Experienced in using IT systems to analyse data and guide managers
Familiarity with diversity and inclusion, as well as talent management in a school setting, is desirable (open to HR, teaching, and support staff).
Experience with iTrent is preferred.
Strategic mindset with project leadership skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Willingness to travel and work flexibly.
