Retrofit Coordinator- Social Housing Based in Peterborough (4 days a week, 1 day working from home) Full-Time, permanent position Salary: 45k - 55k plus package

We are currently working with a leading property services business to recruit a Retrofit Coordinator to join their team in Peterborough.

Key Duties:

  • To have full responsibility for the overall management and delivery of the PAS2035 process, including assessment, design, installation and handover and monitoring, as defined in PAS processes.
  • Manage the retrofit survey process throughout the London area, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance throughout the process.
  • Provide accurate and effective energy modelling using RdSAP and full SAP, and provide guidance on solutions for meeting specific scheme criteria
  • Delivery against specific objectives and targets on retrofit schemes.
  • Manage the PAS2035 lodgement process on trustmark in accordance with main contract delivery programmes to allow timely draw down of funding
  • Undertaking retrofit assessments in accordance with PAS 2035, the specification for the energy retrofit of domestic buildings
  • Providing specialist advice on energy efficiency and renewable energy measures to householders by phone, email and face to face
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all interactions with client

Required Experience:

  • Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator Certificate
  • Construction related qualification with experience in the construction industry is preferable
  • Full UK driving licence as this role requires travel
  • In-depth knowledge of the Retrofit process and the roles of all stakeholders identified within PAS 2035
