Are you looking to implement your extensive knowledge of the industry, responsible for continuously growing the business and increasing turnover within the UK?

In this role you will be responsible for managing the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Liaison teams, whilst overseeing forecasting and budgeting, driving continued growth across the business. This will include travelling to customer sites along with occasional trips to the European office when needed.

This injection moulding company have propelled themselves within their specialist markets since the 1960's, with ambitious growth goals over the coming years. This includes increasing their own product sales from £5 to £15 million by 2028, with this position directly influencing their goal.

This role would suit a somebody with experience managing a team within injection moulding, looking for the next step in their career and to take on the responsibility of a Head of Sales position.

The Role:

  • Managing the Sales department and maintaining growth
