Sales Neg - Peterborough - 25k + Bonus (OTE 40/45k)
ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit a Sales Neg with immediate effect for our leading client based in Peterborough.
Responsibilities:
Accompanying and arranging sales viewings, in return giving the vendors feedback.
Knowledge of legal requirements.
Organising promotional offer letters and touting materials.
Representing our clientwith a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
Generate leads, building client relationships.
Enthusiastic and ready for the next upcoming challenge? This could be the role for you..Asour client is looking for an ambitious Sales Negotiator who can think outside the box and Is a good communicator at all levels.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2years salesexperience and have the drive and hunger to succeed. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both vendors and buyers, booking viewings, generating market appraisals and assisting the director.
We are looking for a candidate who posses the following skills and attributes
