Job Title: Salesforce Administrator / Salesforce AdminLocation: Peterborough, 2-3x days per weekSalary: £60,000 - £70,000Working Hours: 35 hours per week, 9am-5pm
Our client is undergoing a major IT transformation, a massive scale transition to Salesforce. We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to play a pivotal role in maintaining, supporting, and enhancing the platform during the transition in 2025 and beyond.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine admin functions, including user account maintenance, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
- Conduct regular system audits and prepare for upgrades.
- Act as a level of support for a large and growing user base.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualisation tools.
- Automate business processes using Salesforce tools.
- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and functionality.
- Contribute to the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to delivery.
Requirements:
- Current Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Proven experience in Salesforce administration, including supporting a large user base.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
- Ability to automate processes and manage system integrations effectively.
