Monitor, train, and mentor Analysts' work across different projects and impart guidance.
Engage in strategic client discussions.
Possess complete functional knowledge in Sales, Service, Experience, and Integration (REST, SOAP, Middleware).
Good knowledge of data mapping from Legacy to Salesforce using middleware/integration technologies.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Model, API capabilities, and declarative tools.
Experience with integration patterns (point to point, middleware, ETL) and architectural principles.
Knowledge of web services, API management, and data transformation technologies (XML, JSON, etc.).
Knowledge of middleware platforms.

Communication Skills:

Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language and vice versa, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and development teams.

Minimum Years of Experience Required:

10+ years.

Required Top Skills:

Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and Middleware/Integration.
