UK's number 1 financial services company who are helping millions of consumers save money and make better financial decisions are seeking a Salesforce ServiceCloud Consultant to help support a new implementation currently in hyper-care phase.
This position will combine a mix of hands-on technical work and functional activities such as requirements gathering etc.
- Expert experience using Service Cloud to build and develop customer service workflows and processes: adept in Service Cloud Console, Case Management, and Omni-Channel Routing.
- Advanced expertise in Salesforce Flow with proficiency in at least one additional language: Apex, Visualforce, or JavaScript.
- Proficient in CI/CD practices and tools: ensuring efficient workflows and streamlined development processes.
- Certified in Salesforce Service Cloud
- Skilled in other Salesforce technologies and their integration
- Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
- Accustomed to working in regulated environments with a strong focus on data privacy and data security.
