Senior Diagnostic Technician required for an independent service centre in the Peterborough area.Our Client, a growing independent service centre is currently seeking a Senior Diagnostic Technician to join their team of hardworking Vehicle Technicians.Responsibilities of a Senior Diagnostic Technician with our Client
  • Diagnosing Complex Faults
  • Offering your expertise as a Senior Diagnostic Technician to colleagues and supporting them within the workshop
  • Working on Complex Repairs
  • Assisting the ‘newer’ members of the team with their training
  • Working closely with the Workshop Controller 
The ideal Senior Diagnostic Technician will
  • Previous automotive Vehicle Technician workshop experience.
  • Solid mechanical and electrical diagnostic experience.
  • The ability to use a computer based system for diagnosis, inspection and information.
  • The ability to follow instructions and procedures.
  • Ideally have city & guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Repair Qualification.
  • Higher level diagnostics training. 
  • Have your own tools.
