Role Overview: As a Senior Sales Administrator, you'll support the sales team, manage customer accounts, process orders, and ensure top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with admin tasks and client management
- Process and manage sales orders
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Maintain customer records and sales reports
- Coordinate with warehouse and other departments
- Assist in sales presentations and strategy development
Requirements
- Experience in sales support or admin, ideally in joinery supplies or construction
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy
