Our client is transitioning to a new suite of practice management software solutions, developed with Salesforce at its core. Currently in phase three, they plan to transition over 900 users in February, with another 900 in October 2025. This is an opportunity to be at the heart of their IT transformation, working with cutting-edge cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Developer, you will:

  • Customise and configure Salesforce, Slack, document management, financial, and HR systems.
  • Integrate Salesforce through APIs and Mulesoft to third-party applications.
  • Support Salesforce and cloud technology transformation, including integrations with finance and HR systems.
  • Deliver end-to-end software solutions, including requirements analysis, development, testing, release, and support.
  • Establish, review, and improve internal development processes and methodologies, adopting Agile where appropriate.
  • Ensure coding standards are met for stability, performance, readability, and maintainability.
  • Ensure appropriate governance, structure, and integrity of data, implementing best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for business advantage through intelligent use and application of data.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Document system processes and configurations for future reference and training.

About You

You have experience in:

  • Salesforce architecture and development.
  • Delivering systems with strong data and digital capabilities, championing their impact.
  • Implementing Agile development methodologies.
  • Managing and interacting with third parties for software delivery.
