Due to rapid growth within the business, we are currently recruiting for an experienced SHEQ Coordinator to join our vibrant and dynamic team!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all subcontractor/CIS inductions including conducting their Right to Work and DBS checks.
  • Issue the relevant onboarding paperwork to new subcontractors.
  • Ensure works are carried out safely, fulfilling the companys health, safety and
    welfare responsibilities.
  • Prepare and update client safety presentations
  • Create and maintain good relations with clients and customers, both internal
    and external.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of SHEQ data

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar type of role would be advantageous.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint essential).
  • Comfortable working as part of a team and confident liaising with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work alone.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
