The School and Role

As a Year 4 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and enjoyable lessons that challenge and support students in their learning journey. We are currently searching for a passionate and eager teacher with strong communication skills and drive to get students excited about learning. The desired teacher will be committed to creating stimulating environments which help students achieve full potential and enjoy learning. In addition, you will play a key role in assessing student progress academically and personally, providing constructive feedback through marking, and supporting students with their transition into KS2. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of our students.

Requirements To be considered for the Year 4 Teacher role, you will:

  • Be a dedicated Educator committed to creating stimulating, encouraging and supportive classroom atmosphere for all students.
  • Create a helpful, positive, and comprehensive environment for the children with an array of activities.
  • Communicate efficiently with parents and carers, providing regular updates on student progress and achievement.
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events as required.
  • Support pupils journey to help them progress during their time in KS2.
