My client is a leading contract caterer and I am currently recruiting for a General Manager for one of their venues in Peterborough.

For this General Manager role I am looking for a candidate who has:

• A background in contract catering

• Been responsible for their P&L

• The ability and experience to manage a FOH and BOH team

• A passion for the customer's journey and experience

• The desire to grow with this forward thinking company

Applicants for this General Managerrole must have recently been in a General Manager position within the last year ideally within contract catering.
