General Manager

General Manager required for my client who work within the automotive industry, based in Peterborough.

The successful general manager will come into the business and oversee daily operations and assist with the managing of various business aspects of the company.

• Report company developments directly to the owner of the business.
• Oversee daily operations and assist with the managing of various business aspects of the company.
• Both collate reports and act upon reports received.
• Accompany the company owner to various meetings.
• Take responsibility of actions from line manager, sales and client meetings.

• 5 + years' experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Previous managerial experience or a formal management background etc; MBA.
• Work independently when needed and have good team communication skills.
• Based within a commutable distance of Peterborough.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Salary - 50,000 - dependent upon experience.
• Full time position - 44 hour working week.
