About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work full-time on a long-term basis. In this role, you will provide tailored support to students with SEN, helping them to thrive both academically and personally.

Responsibilities
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored support plans.
- Provide one-to-one or small group assistance to help SEN pupils overcome barriers to learning.
- Use the school's resources, such as intervention rooms, to create an engaging and supportive environment.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families, ensuring each child feels supported.
- Encourage independence, confidence, and resilience in students by using innovative teaching approaches.

The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will:
- Be enthusiastic and committed to supporting children with SEN.
- Have a proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to the needs of individual students.
- Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ideally have experience working with SEN pupils, although training will be provided for the right candidate.
