  • Welcome learners and ensure they feel supported while attending the training centre.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions.
  • Coordinate and process customer bookings, distributing relevant paperwork and joining instructions.
  • Organise and manage logistics, including booking training rooms, accommodation, flights, and other travel arrangements.
  • Prepare training materials and handouts, and maintain accurate records of training results.
  • Process internal verification and manage certification distribution to customers.
  • Keep databases updated and input data into spreadsheets with precision.
  • Assist the wider team with various administrative tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Qualifications:5 GCSEs (A – C or equivalent) essential. Administration or customer service qualifications and IT training are desirable.
