As our HR Manager, you will be a key strategic leader, responsible for developing our people strategy, driving culture transformation, and ensuring our team is motivated, engaged, and performing at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership – Design and implement HR strategies that drive business performance and cultural excellence.
- People & Culture Development – Build a high-performance, growth-focused culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
- Coaching & Succession Planning – Inspire, coach, and level up employees while creating clear progression pathways for future leaders.
- Performance Management – Work closely with managers to implement structured performance and feedback processes.
- Employee Relations & Engagement – Act as a trusted advisor, handling grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes with professionalism.
- Learning & Development – Develop and deliver training programmes that enhance skills and leadership capabilities across the organisation.
- HR Compliance & Best Practices – Ensure all HR processes align with UK employment law and industry standards.
- Workforce Planning & HR Systems – Utilise HR analytics to identify trends, improve employee experience, and support business growth.
- Diversity & Inclusion – Drive initiatives to foster an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing workplace.
What We’re Looking For
- A truly inspirational HR leader – someone who can coach, develop, and inspire people at all levels.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a senior or managerial role.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a passion for employee development and succession planning.
- Proven ability to shape company culture and create a motivated, high-performing workforce.
- Deep understanding of UK employment law, HR best practices, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
