If you are available immediately to take on an Interim HR Operations Manager role. effectively lading a very successful HR admin team who currently manage a headcount of around 3000 UK based employees we would love to hear from you.
The role is primarily based in the Peterborough office and will require on-site presence to support team stability. There is some flexibility for hybrid working in the future.
This role is critical in ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality HR operational services, driving process improvements, and supporting the business through efficient and effective HR operations.
