Process Improvement Lead

We are seeking a Process Improvement Manager to coordinate enhancements across four core people services teams: AskHR, HRSS, Payroll, and Resourcing. This role is crucial for initially focusing on key employee relations processes such as TUPE and Consultations. The ideal candidate will be committed to improving the lives of people with a learning disability and possess strong strategic and coaching skills to motivate teams towards achieving excellence in service delivery.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Coordinate improvements across the core people services teams, focusing on key processes.
  • Identify and document current processes to analyse and plan future improvements.
  • Prioritize and plan the delivery of improvement actions, measuring the benefits of these changes.
  • Oversee and report on the enhancement of team performance, aiming to increase the reliability and quality of People Services.
  • Improve the reporting and resolution processes for customer issues, identifying necessary tools and changes for these improvements.
  • Track the benefits derived from process improvements and coach colleagues to foster initiative and a stronger focus on customer service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in supporting teams through continuous improvement in a complex organisational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of what excellent people transactional service looks like, with experience in delivering such services.
  • Ability to set clear strategic directions and motivate others to engage and achieve goals.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to engage relevant stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tenacity and confidence in obtaining challenging information to progress issues and meet targets.
  • Strong emotional intelligence with a track record of developing people and high-performing teams.
  • Experience with a wide range of Microsoft applications and familiarity with people systems for process and procedural improvements.
