- Providing expert advice on Employee Relations matters.
- Supporting HR processes and initiatives as a generalist.
- Assisting with the use of HR systems, including Workday
- Proven HR Advisor experience.
- A strong understanding of Employee Relations and HR best practices.
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HR systems (preferred but not essential).
- A temporary contract with competitive hourly pay.
