We are currently looking for a Helpdesk Advisor to support customers with a range of electronic products, to provide advice and support with software and hardware issues. Advisor will be fluent in Hungarian. This is a great opportunity for an individual who enjoy problem-solving and assisting customers with technical issues in a busy, supportive environment.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Take customer calls, respond to emails, and assist via the company chat function regarding issues with electronic products.
  • Accurately document customer queries and troubleshoot problems over the telephone.
  • Provide troubleshooting advice and step-by-step solutions to help customers resolve issues, using the troubleshooting guidance documents provided.
  • If an issue cannot be resolved remotely, arrange for an engineer to attend to the problem on-site.
  • Maintain full, clear and concise notes on each case for follow-up and quality assurance purposes to aid engineers before they attend to fix the problem.

Ideal Candidates:

  • Candidates must be Fluent in Hungarian.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in the required language.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the desire to ensure all customers receive the highest level of support.
  • A keen interest in technology and troubleshooting.
  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a similar helpdesk role is an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
