Service Desk Project Manager - 446 Per Day - Inside IR35 - Hybrid

I am currently looking for a Service Desk Project Manager for a client of mine. This role requires a project manager who is experienced in managed services, your role will be aligned to two work streams: Service Desk Transformation and Technical Migration.

Location: Hybrid (Peterborough 3 days per week)

IR35 Status: Inside

Day Rate: 446 per day

Contract Length: 6 Months

Essential Experience Required:

• Working with external clients on the migration from one platform to another.
• Experience in scheduling migrations, managing customers expectations, working with customers for test plans.
• Service Desk Project Management experience, working on service desk transformation projects.
• Understanding current ITSM Solutions and advising on how to best align with ServiceNow.
• Strong Stakeholder management experience
