I'm currently working with a Market Leader within Automated Machinery in the UK, providing Automated Solutions into the Food Industry. Due to the rising demand for Automation and Robotics the company are looking to expand their Support team.

The role will provide full software training and, in future, plenty of room to develop, grow and progress your career within the business. In this position you will be providing support to the business's clients around the UK, solving problems remotely as well as occasionally going to client sites to fix software problems hands on!

What do I Need?

  • Strong communication skills are a must due to the role being client facing
  • Any IT Qualification (Degree, A-level etc.) or Technical Support Experience
  • A valid UK Driving License
