Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee product quality, manage ISO9001:2015 compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all products meet customer requirements and quality standards.
  • Manage ISO9001:2015 certification and ensure compliance.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and returns.
  • Drive continuous improvement to reduce scrap, rework, and quality costs.
  • Oversee calibration, quality documentation, and production audits.
  • Lead and develop the quality team, ensuring high performance.
  • Monitor key quality KPIs, including Right First Time (RFT) and OEE losses.

What Our Client is Looking For:

? Essential:

  • Experience in Quality Management within manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO9001:2015 and quality systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead and develop a high-performing quality team.

? Desirable:

  • Experience in PPAP, FMEA, and Lean Manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of customer audits and compliance.
