About the Role:Our client is seeking an IT Support Lead to provide hands-on support at their Stamford office and nearby Woolfox Production/Warehouse, while overseeing IT support activities across the EMEA region. This role involves managing IT support tickets, ensuring efficient issue resolution, and aligning IT support with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site IT support for hardware, software, and network issues at both the Stamford office and Woolfox Production/Warehouse.
  • Monitor and manage IT support tickets to ensure timely resolution across the EMEA region.
  • Oversee and coordinate the small EMEA IT support team, balancing workloads and ensuring service levels are met.
  • Act as the main IT contact for business stakeholders, understanding and addressing their technology needs.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure alignment of support processes and best practices.
  • Maintain local IT infrastructure, including workstations, printers, and network devices.
  • Ensure adherence to IT policies and security best practices.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance IT support operations.

Key Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong experience in 1st and 2nd line IT support within a corporate or SME environment.
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate IT support tickets across multiple locations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows/macOS support, Active Directory, and basic networking.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
  • Excellent communication skills for working with both business teams and IT colleagues across different time zones.
  • A structured, process-driven approach to managing IT support.

Desirable Attributes:

  • ITIL certification or understanding of ITIL service management principles.
  • Experience supporting remote or distributed teams.
