Hybrid working (1 hour from Peterborough)
Permanent, Full time (37 hours per week)
Our client is a leading Registered Social Landlord, committed to making a positive impact in their communities. They’re on an exciting digital transformation journey, and they’re looking for someone special to join their small but ambitious team.
They’re seeking a versatile Power Platform Analyst, to help them to use technology innovative ways to improve their services and operations. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about using data and technology to solve real-world problems and improve people’s lives.
What you’ll be doing:

Develop insightful Power BI reports and Dashboards, that will drive decision-making across their organisation

Create and optimize Power Automate workflows to streamline their processes

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions

Work with their data sources, including SQL databases

Provide training and support to colleagues, helping to build their internal capabilities

Contribute to a wide range of analytics and reporting tasks as needed
What they need from you:

Relevant experience with analytics, Power BI, and / or data extraction (SQL)

Quick learning capabilities, eager to expand your skills across the entire data lifecycle - from extraction to presentation

Logical, systematic thinker with a knack for balancing different priorities

Excellent communication, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences

Strategical thinker with the ability to see the wider context

Proactive and independent, but also enjoy collaborating and learning from others
