Location: Peterborough (hybrid)

Salary: £35,000-38,000 (DOE) + excellent benefits

My client, a leading Managed Service Provider is looking for an experienced 2nd Line Engineer to join their team on a hybrid basis. Providing support to their end clients and customer mainly in the education sector.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to customers (ticketing systems, helpdesk,, email, telephone)
• Manage independent workload to ensure customers receive timely support & SLA targets are met
• Contribute to the development of company solutions
• Maintenance of company documentation

Requirements:

• Active Directory/ Group Policy- on prem technologies
• Microsoft Systems (Office 365)
• Virtualisation tools- VMWare/Hyper-V
• vSphere
• Hands-on administrating Active Directory
• Manage Windows Systems
• MSP experience (beneficial)
