Job Responsibilities

In the role of Line Leader, you will be:• Managing a small team of 5 to 10 people within a production line environment, ensuring targets are met efficiently• Supervising and training new candidates on the relevant packing and labelling procedures• Ensuring all team members adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies• Monitoring product quality to maintain company standards and reporting any issues promptly• Assisting with organising materials and resources to ensure smooth production flow

Hours of Work and Pay

• Up to £13.46 Per hour• Monday to Friday• Multiple shifts available• 06:00 to 14:00 Fixed shift• 14:00 to 22:00 Fixed Shift• Weekly rotatingo 06:00 to 14:00o 14:00 to 22:00• Paid full 8 hours for the shift• Overtime x1.50
