Job Responsibilities
In the role of Line Leader, you will be:
• Managing a small team of 5 to 10 people within a production line environment, ensuring targets are met efficiently
• Supervising and training new candidates on the relevant packing and labelling procedures
• Ensuring all team members adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
• Monitoring product quality to maintain company standards and reporting any issues promptly
• Assisting with organising materials and resources to ensure smooth production flow
Hours of Work and Pay
• Up to £13.46 Per hour
• Monday to Friday
• Multiple shifts available
• 06:00 to 14:00 Fixed shift
• 14:00 to 22:00 Fixed Shift
• Weekly rotating
o 06:00 to 14:00
o 14:00 to 22:00
• Paid full 8 hours for the shift
• Overtime x1.50
