Are you an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter, or have a background in Heavy Fabrication, Quarrying, or Plant Maintenance, seeking a stable hands-on role, covering 3 sites local to Peterborough? Join a respected, family-run company in the luxury construction sector, offering a secure position with premium overtime opportunities and a personal company van.

This well-established provider of premium limestone materials for high-profile construction projects nationwide. Their expertise has contributed to the success of some of Britain's most iconic buildings. With state-of-the-art facilities and advanced machinery across two quarries, your role will be pivotal in ensuring their fleet of equipment remain in top working condition..

In this varied hands-on role, it will be your responsibility to create and carry out the PPM schedule for all machinery, fitting new parts to machinery or vehicles, carry out fault finding when necessary, routine service & maintenance, responding to emergency breakdowns across the quarries and production facility and finally general facilities maintenance. Machinery you will be working on will be dumpers, excavators, loaders, sawing machinery and conveyors, so a background in a similar role is key.

This role will be suited to a Mechanical Plant Fitter or similar, with a background working on Quarry or Construction Machinery, looking for a varied role with a company who offer a role with flexible hours and plenty of overtime to help increase earnings.

The Role:
* Service, Maintenance and Repair Mechanical Machinery
* Welding / Fabrication when required
* Company vehicle provided
* Covering the Peterborough, Grantham and Boston sites
* Working on Construction / Quarry / Heavy Plant Machinery
* Flexible 5 day work week depending on Maintenance Schedule
* 7am - 5pm core hours - anything extra paid as overtime

The Person:
* Heavy Plant / Quarry Machinery Maintenance Background
* Welding / Fabrication Background
* Full UK driving License
* Happy to cover Peterborough
